During your pet's care, Cambria sends photos and notes about their day—what they ate, playtime, naps, and behavior. You'll have peace of mind knowing they're happy and loved.

Cambria serves Casas Adobes, Marana, Dove Mountain, Gladden Farms, and Oro Valley only. She does not cover the surrounding areas, so reach out to confirm service in your neighborhood.
Pawsitively Reliable Pet & Home Care primarily serves private homes and condominiums within our service area. Due to parking and accessibility limitations, apartment complexes are not generally included in our service area.
Last-minute and emergency bookings are available for repeat customers only. Before Cambria takes any job, an in-person Meet & Greet is required, not optional. It lets her meet your pet, learn their routine and personality, and make sure everyone is comfortable and safe before the first booking.
Cambria accepts Zelle. Payment is made in advance to reserve your spot — booking is confirmed once payment is received.
For bookings lasting more than one week, a 50% deposit is due before the service start date to secure the time. The remaining balance is due on the first day of service.
Drop-in Visits: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled service. Cancellations made outside this window are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the service are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained.
Overnight Stays / 24 Hr Care (pet or home): Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service. Cancellations made outside this window are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the service are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained.
For weekly clients, same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to help protect the time Cambria has reserved for you.
